This release uses a deterministic interpreter for supported English, Hindi and Hinglish requests. An optional server model can use the same strict decision contract when configured later.

Workflow authority
The workflow engine validates the application ID, service, jurisdiction and prerequisites. Interstate transfers require NOC evidence. Active finance requires financier consent.
Durable case record
Structured case state and payment attempts are stored separately from evidence files. Payment keys prevent an unresolved or successful attempt from being duplicated.

A difficult case, handled as one journey
The ownership-transfer workflow accepts any registration and destination jurisdiction. Delhi and Karnataka are only one possible example among every supported state and Union Territory.
Five parties share one case
Seller, buyer, financier, source-state authority and destination-state authority each have a visible responsibility and next action.
Rules block unsafe progress
Interstate NOC evidence and active-finance consent are enforced before payment. Invalid evidence can be replaced without restarting.
Interrupted payment resumes safely
The same application ID and payment attempt survive reload. A second payment remains blocked while the first is reconciled.
Privacy and action control
Likely OTPs, PINs, card details and identity references are redacted before language interpretation and before a response is displayed. Case access tokens are stored only as hashes. Uploaded synthetic evidence is given a generic stored filename.
Integration boundary
No government, identity, bank, court, SMS or email system is connected. Browser voice is an input method only. Payment, submission, deletion and contest actions cannot be authorised by voice alone.
